At Cocoa Bee Accessories, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing or style preference

• Gift-related issues

• Wear and tear from use
   

• While we do not offer refunds, we may offer exchanges or store credit in limited cases, such as:

• Items damaged during shipping

• Incorrect item received

• To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We reserve the right to approve or deny any exchange request at our discretion.
